Make-up free Katy Perry pic appears on Twitter

Katy Perry may well be scolding her new husband after he posted a photo of her on Twitter without having applied make-up in her compact mirror.

The songstress is rarely seen without a fair helping of blusher and concealer, suggesting she may be less-than-impressed at Russell Brand's antics.

As soon as the pic had been posted, the comedian-cum-actor swiftly removed it, but not before it had done the rounds of a few celebrity websites.

However, women all over the world will no doubt be humbled to know that the 26-year-old doesn't roll out of bed looking pristine every morning.

The couple have only been married a couple of months following a lavish ceremony in India.

Earlier this week, Katy Perry's latest single Part of Me leaked online, appearing on YouTube and a number of file-sharing websites.

She is set to tour with her album California Dreams next year in a number of countries all over the world.
