Katy Perry in bare-faced picture disaster

People who are desperate to swap places with Russell Brand and cuddle up to a natural-looking Katy Perry in bed may think twice, after seeing a picture posted on Twitter by her husband.

The comedian uploaded a photo of her without make-up to his Twitter account, proving that five minutes in front of a compact mirror could have made all the difference. The picture was posted on New Year's Day and was quickly taken down.

It may not have been a surprise, though. While the lighting was terrible, Perry was likely not happy that Brand submitted the unflattering picture.

Even though her hair looked fine, she looked pale, tired and her skin seemed blotchy, though she still managed to pull an adorable, if not slightly peeved, face at Brand.

Katy Perry recently claimed that she thinks men at her concerts are not there purely for their girlfriends, asserting that they are secretly enjoy watching her perform.
