Q: The Model Mirror® battery comes packed separately, how is it inserted?

A: Some styles of the Model Mirror® come with a separately packed battery, while others the battery is already inserted. The battery cavity can be opened by using a coin to turn the cap located on the left hand side of the Model Mirror® hinge. Once open, turn the mirror so that the battery cavity opening faces down and gently tap the opening on your other hand until the metal battery holder comes out. Simply slip the metal holder over the battery and place the battery (now surrounded by the metal holder) in the battery cavity with the positive (+) side up. Screw the cap back on with the coin. 

Q: How long does the battery which comes with the Model Mirror® last?

A: The battery is able to run for a consecutive 10 hours. If you use the Model Mirror® for approximately 5 minutes a day - that gives you 120 days! After that, simply replace the existing 23A12V battery with a new one. 

Q: Where can I buy a replacement 23A12V battery for my Model Mirror®? 

A: Apart from our website where UK and EU customers can purchase a replacement battery directly from us, the 23A12V battery is very common and available in a wide range of retail stores. Below you can find a constantly updated list of stores worldwide that carry the 23A12V size battery.

Q: Do the Model Mirror® lights turn off automatically when the mirror closes?

A: No. Just as you have to press the on/off button to turn the lights on, you have to press the on/off button to turn the lights off.

A: If you are in the UK or Europe, please use the UK version of the site. If you are in the US, please use the US site.

Q: Do I have to have a Paypal account to make a purchase from Les Tai Tai?

A: No. You may checkout your purchases using your debit card or any major credit card without having a Paypal account.

Q: Can you send one order to more than 1 delivery address?

A: No. Each order can only be sent to 1 delivery address. If you need your order to go to multiple addresses, please just submit a separate order.

Q: Is it possible to return a Model Mirror® purchased from Lestaitai.com?

A: While we do not offer customer refunds at this time, we do stand behind our products. If you receive a Model Mirror® that is faulty (through no fault of your own), please contact us at customerservice@lestaitai.com and we will arrange for a new Model Mirror® to be sent to you.

A: Yes! We are known for The Model Mirror® but we also make Deco Deluxe. It's amazing! Subscribe to our newsletter and you will be the first to know when other new products launch!

Q: What green processes do you currently employ?
A: Our aim is to ensure that your goods reach you in good condition but we are certainly not over zealous with our packaging! In fact we try to keep this to a minimum.

In fact the warehouse guys have been well ahead of their game in a number of ways, not just the packaging. Fitted temperature monitors in the warehouse check the warehouse temperature every 15 minutes so we are not heating too much and making the guys sweat! In the afternoon when it gets a bit warmer, fans in the ceiling push down the hot air, which again saves on turning up the heat.

We also make sure that battered old boxes don’t get wasted. A machine in the corner turns them into filling material for packing.

Q: Do I have to use the exact glue that you are selling? 

A: The short answer is no. There are lots of other glues on the market that will work BUT you must keep in mind that for the parts to be very secure, you need to use a 2-part epoxy resin glue which is exactly what we sell. And we\'ve sourced an affordable in a small size. A little bit of this powerful glue goes a long way!

Q: I\'m totally uncreative, can I still use Deco Deluxe™? 

A: Yes absolutely! The Deco Deluxe™ products are designed with beginners in mind. We created this line of products to provide a DIY option to get absolutely amazing stunning phone cover.
